The design brief for this project was to create a signature suite for a downtown, compact, two bedroom condo designed for executive long-term rental. The suite had to be set up to make the most of the spaces and elevate the builder finishing package the client had selected. The red high gloss cabinets that were part of the builder package and art pieces selected from the collection of the client/artist set the tone for the space. 

Every inch was considered to maximize storage and usage. The office second bedroom has a large chair that converts into a twin bed as well as a desk area and wall hung high shelving for books and display. The laundry room storage and all other closets have additional strategic storage solutions added into them. The dining area holds a round table that seats 4 as well as 2 seats at the island. The living room sectional maximizes seating. The master bedroom holds bedside storage for two by using both a furniture piece and a wall-hung shelf with fun slim lined modern LED bedside lights. The transformation of this space from plain to fresh and finished was significant.
